Hey everybody! As you can see from the picture, we had the most unbelievable, off the chain, crazy time shooting this season’s Ultimate Choice! It reminded me of so many people I know that are constantly looking for that next adrenaline rush.

But as our discussions on the show illustrate the greatest rush is LIFE! Honestly though, as much as we like to push life to the edge, sometimes it feels like our lives are spinning out of control and we are about to go over the edge. So what do we do? How can we live on the edge without going over?

The ancient writings in Ecclesiastes 11:9 says “be happy while you are young…follow the ways of your heart…but in all this know that you will stand before God.” In other words push life to the limit but use wisdom at the same time.
