“About a year and a half ago I started drinking because it SEEMED like the right thing to do. All my friends were doing it and I thought it was the only thing to do that was FUN. But I didn’t like the fact that I had to lie to my Mom in order to have simple fun. I came home one night after going out, fell asleep, woke up and turned on the TV only to find the show ULTIMATE CHOICE. I felt like it was directed specifically towards me, telling me to change my ways in order to achieve my goals in the future. Ever since then, I wait for the show to come on every Saturday! I still go out on the weekends, but surprisingly, I don’t do any of the drinking anymore because I know that’s not what I need to have fun.”
(Jessica, Reno - age 14)

“There is so much stuff going on in school like drugs, sex, and being accepted. I want to say thank you for ULTIMATE CHOICE because you all have taught me that doing things just because everyone else does it is not always the right choice because it can affect your life forever. The show made me think about why am I living up to other people’s standards to be accepted. I need to make my own choices and do what I think is right. That will help me in life to accomplish my goals. Thank you for showing me this. I wanted you guys to know that the show’s had a big impact on my life.”
(Miranda, 17-years old)

“Today’s show really touched me a lot in many ways. I have had a little trouble w/ my relationship with my ex-girlfriend. I prayed today to God and asked for some help and I told him the problems that I’ve been having. I asked God for a sign and for some reason I wanted to watch TV. I never get a chance to watch TV, but today I did and I turned to the show. And this show was on exactly what I have been having trouble with. So I believe that this was a true sign from God and I thank u for helping me out.”

“I've never met a Christian boy that was my age, so seeing Christian teen boys that happen to be very cute was a relief to me and came just in time when I would have settled for less. I watch UC in New York on channel WLNY. Thank God for that channel. It's really inspiring to see kids my age doing the right thing for a change. Since leaving Jamaica I haven't been able to connect with kids like that, so seeing UC helps me to keep faith alive. Keep doing what you are doing because you do it well.”

“I think this show is AWESOME! It is such an uplifting positive to something like “Real World Battle of the Sexes”. I can really relate to these kids on a personal level because they are MY age and they deal with the same things I deal with on a day to day basis. I would love to see more of this in the future.”
(Logan, 10th grade)

“I absolutely love this show!! I love that there’s a great Christian based TV show on now with people just like us. My friends and I can totally relate to everyone on the show and the things ya’ll talk about. So keep on rocking it!!”
(Alisha, 9th grade)

“I really like the show. I have only seen it a few times but the way you relate the ultimate and "extreme" stuff to real stuff in life is awesome. It is so reassuring and cool to see teens just like me on TV speaking out for what they believe in. It keeps others interested and on the right path.
(Claire, 11th grade)

“The show is great. I watch it all the time. It's very interesting and informative at the same time. I love that the characters are themselves on the show and are very down to earth. They are all truly an inspiration to me and I can relate to almost everything they say. I think it's just right for all teenagers. I love it! Keep up the good work!!”
(Denile, 12th grade)

“Being in college now, I feel more pressure then ever to give in to the things of this world sometimes. But I know that with my Jesus, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (including having fun in the way I dance, speak and act without going over the line or, so to speak, acting in a sexual manner). I agree with what the teens said about finding other ways to have fun than giving into peer pressure. Many blessings to you all and keep up the good work in spreading the Good News. (Erica, college student)

“This is such an awesome show for young people!! I was flipping through the channels when I stumbled onto it and was immediately drawn to it. I instantly called my boyfriend so he could watch it too. We have made the decision to wait until we are married to have sex. Sex is something that God designed only to be between husband and wife. Waiting will definitely make that much more special. I really liked the comment about being worry-free when you have sex only when you're married because that is so true. Keep up the great work!!”
(Breeana, college Freshman)

“I just began to watch ultimate choice. I just wanted to say that I think this show is great. It is about time young adults had a show to watch starring their peers. This is probably the best "reality" TV show out there. The teens really talk about what every teenager is thinking. I thought it was great how each person on the show spoke about their fears. Because now other teens know that they aren't the only ones going through these things. With shows like this it makes it easier for us to deal with our lives.”
(Erica, 16)

“I love the show. Not because there's the God under/overtone, but because these are real kids that are dealing with similar situations that every teenager goes thru, and win, lose, or draw, they always come back to a spiritual focus. I believe more teens question spirituality than we give credit for. It's nice to see a Christian focus in a "Real World/Road Rules" environment.”
